connecting

My life has been so consumed with other things since coming to Nashville I haven't done much to connect to the AG district here...but that is about to change. I renewed my credentials and I am going to be taking a proactive approach to meeting AG pastors in the area and finding out more about the local churches. I don't know what roads it will lead me down but I do know that there is a community of pastors I can connect with here and that is something to look forward to.
The church we attend isn't an AG church but I still have been loving it. There are so many places where God is at work and that's what I want to be a part of for sure.
I emailed a few people from a facebook group of AG pastors tonight if their profile said Nashville on it. We'll see who I meet! I don't know if it was the best way to start the ball rolling but here I go anyways!

It has been a while since I was excited about ministry. I think the changes in my life with marriage and now a baby on the way plus a new city have just pushed it aside but it didn't toss it out and now that I'm feeling so much better (finally!) I am ready to get connected again. It is a nice feeling.
