It is stormy outside today. Dark and rumbly. I love days like this, I just want to snuggle up and rest and feel safe in my own home.

I have had a bit of a sinus cold thiny going on so days like this are even more cozy cause I need naps to help me heal and these are the perfect nap type days in my opinion.
Baby J slept good last night, he woke up early to eat and then slept some more...plus he took his nice morning nap. I babysat a new friends little boy this morning, he was so sweet, a new 2 yr old. I told him to get into everything so I knew what I needed to baby proof :) he did. it was fun. his mom brought chinese for lunch and we gobbled some down and had a nice visit. She is expecting her third boy.
My sister is visiting for a couple days and her and her friend are upstairs making music and getting a few things ready for their next few gigs. It is nice to have music in the house.
My husband is off flying but will be home tonight and then off again in the morning. It will be a nice ending to a nice day.

I can hear the rain starting to pour down now. A few more rumbles in the distance...and the sun has hidden his face in the clouds. What a wonderful stormy day.
